CARTPART AT THE EXPOCOOK FAIR

CartPart this year will be present at the Expocook fair.
EXPOCOOK® is the largest trade fair in Southern Italy, now in its third edition, in which catering, its news and business to business between companies and professionals in the sector are the undisputed protagonists.
Four intense days, dedicated to food and wine excellences, but also to catering, professional equipment, hotels and complements, which will pass between tastings, tastings, talks and cooking shows aimed not only at sector operators but also at an audience of fans more and more fed. The novelties of this sixth edition will be: larger areas with pavilions for each sector and exhibition spaces, with the presence of wineries and Sicilian food and wine excellence, and with the creation of new spaces dedicated to the world of Coffee & Tea, and to sector, which in recent years, has had the highest growth trend such as the world of Spirts and Mixology. More than 150 companies that have currently joined the initiative, the number of which is constantly increasing, whose activity revolves around the field of food & beverage to equipment and complements, from interior and exterior furnishing to design and planning, from work clothing to IT cash systems, from consultancy and financing to personnel management. Many moments dedicated to the knowledge of raw materials and cooking methods between cooking shows, round tables, debates and interventions by professionals in the sector including chefs, pizza chefs, mixology samples, samples of latte art, cafeteria, pastry chefs and ice cream makers. whose common thread is to enhance the importance of the quality of the raw materials used.
