From 9 to 13 November 2019, the 14th National Exhibition of Gelato, Pastry, Chocolate and Agro-food Crafts Agrogepaciok will take place at Leccefiere.
Agrogepaciok is the only sector event in Southern Italy. Numerous professionals from not only Puglia but from all over Central and Southern Italy visiting the show, which arouse the enthusiasm of exhibitors, representing numerous brands at national and international level, year after year.
A prestigious showcase of raw materials and compound ingredients, machinery, plants, equipment, furnishings, accessories, decorations, services, publishing and communication for artisan ice cream, pastry, catering, pizzeria and bakery. Italian and foreign professionals in the sector and illustrious guests enrich the program of the various forums (dedicated to the Pastry, Kitchen, Bakery, Pizzeria sectors), strengthening the combination of exhibition and training, which has always been the main feature of Agrogepaciok.
More than 400 guest brands at the fair, a varied exhibitor park that annually attracts operators, buyers and professionals from all over Italy interested in "making their business fly", as the slogan of the 14th edition states. Alongside the 10 thousand square meter exhibition area, Agrogepaciok always offers a rich program of live workshops, show cooking, contests and professional training courses in the four forums dedicated to cooking, pastry, bakery and pizzeria, held by special guests. In this year's parterre, Massimiliano (Max) Mascia, 2 Michelin star chef of the San Domenico restaurant in Imola, then the young Italian team winner of the bronze medal at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie 2019 competition formed by Andrea Restuccia, Mattia Cortinovis and Lorenzo Puca together with their coach Alessandro Dalmasso and, again, the curator and director of the Guide of L'Espresso Enzo Vizzari, who will be the guest of an unprecedented meeting-debate organized in collaboration with LeRos.blog, namely Leda Cesari and Rosaria Bianco.
